Leniece Flowers is Founder and CEO of Compass Talent Group, a consultancy that builds diverse and inclusive workplaces. Her firm has partnered with impact-focused companies with annual revenues ranging from $2M to $36B. She also holds a position as Senior Global Program Manager at LinkedIn, where she has launched a portfolio of programs that invests in the company’s executive leaders of color globally. 

Waziri Garuba is a co-founder and strategic advisor at Harlem Labs, where he focuses on driving growth for minority-owned businesses through comprehensive consulting services. With a rich background in management consulting, he has led initiatives that integrate innovative strategies and data-driven insights aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness. 

Brienne Leon leads creative and technical teams through capstone initiatives to launch breakthrough product solutions that delight customers and drive business value. In his career, he has advised blue chip companies and worked with world-class innovation consultancies and agencies. His leadership journey spans across technology, financial services, consumer products, media & entertainment, and non-profit organizations. 

Tania Ostorga is a dynamic design professional with over a decade of experience in branding, user experience (UX), and marketing strategy. Her career spans multiple industries, including technology, finance, and nonprofit sectors, equipping her with a versatile skill set to address complex marketing challenges. 

Lindsey Schaefer is a seasoned education and nonprofit executive with over two decades of experience in fund development and relationship management. With a background in finance and prior experience at Goldman Sachs, she combines financial expertise with a passion for educational equity, focusing on democratizing education and improving outcomes for underserved communities.

Leya Simmons is co-founder and CEO of BetterUnite, a comprehensive software platform designed specifically for nonprofit organizations. Based in Austin, TX, Leya has dedicated her career to creating innovative solutions that address the challenges nonprofits face, particularly in fundraising and organizational management.
